Job Description
\n
The Registered Nurse (RN) will administer a variety of immunizations, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended vaccines, in a retail clinic setting. PPE will be provided. The role requires delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care while supporting vaccination initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines.
- Assess patients prior to immunization and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate vaccination documentation.
- Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer clinical questions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.
- Adapt to changing schedules and patient volumes.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety protocols.
- Candidate must be flexible with work hours.

Minimum Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization/vaccination experience.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
- Strong medication administration and vaccination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- High School Diploma/GED (verifiable).
- Prior retail pharmacy experience not required.
