The Work You’ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

\n

    \n
  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to tight tolerances
  • \n

  • Machine a variety of metal components across complex geometries
  • \n

  • Perform tooling changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting
  • \n

  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
  • \n

  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
  • \n

  • Conduct hand finishing and basic machine maintenance
  • \n

  • Maintain job documentation, routers, and production logs
  • \n

  • Contribute to Lean and 5S initiatives on the shop floor
  • \n

  • Support quality, safety, and productivity goals
  • \n

Machines, Controls & Software\n

You’ll work with:

  • Machines: CNC Mills, CNC Lathes (multi-brand)
  • \n

  • Controls: Fanuc, Haas
  • \n

  • Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, height gauges
  • \n

  • Documentation Tools: ERP/job router systems
  • \n

✅ What We’re Looking For\n

Required:

\n

    \n
  • 3+ years CNC machining experience
  • \n

  • High school diploma or GED
  • \n

  • Experience setting up and running CNC machines independently
  • \n

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision inspection tools
  • \n

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • \n

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • \n

\n

Preferred:

\n

    \n
  • Associate’s degree or certificate in Tooling & Machining
  • \n

  • Experience in a high-mix, low-volume production shop
  • \n

  • Exposure to medical or aerospace machining standards
  • \n
