Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to serve a K-12 student population in a school setting located in Florence, MA. This contract role runs for the current school year and offers the opportunity to provide impactful speech and language support to a diverse range of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Provide direct therapy services and consult with teachers and staff to support student progress
  • Complete necessary documentation, progress monitoring, and compensatory services in compliance with educational guidelines
  • Maintain caseload management and participate in team meetings

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working as an SLP within a school environment K-12 preferred
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt services to student needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Flexibility to provide part-time compensatory services outside of regular school hours if needed
