Responsibilities:

• Ensure all agreements meet regulatory standards and protect organizational interests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business goals.
• Analyze existing licensing frameworks to recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations affecting intellectual property and licensing.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to licensing agreements promptly and effectively.• Proven experience in intellectual property law and licensing agreements.
• Strong knowledge of legal standards in the biotech industry.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to intellectual property.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active law license in good standing.
