Adecco is assisting a local organization in Hampton, NH, with hiring a Treasury Analyst. This position will support treasury and finance operations, including cash management, cash forecasting, debt compliance, external financing activities, and other financial projects. This is a temporary 6-12 month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and one to four years of finance, accounting, treasury, or related experience.

Job Title: Treasury Analyst
Location: Hampton, NH (Onsite role with potential flexibility on hybrid schedule)
Pay Rate: $35.00–$50.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30PM

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

  • Manage bank accounts, cash balances, and cash-pooling activities.

  • Coordinate and schedule bank wires and other electronic cash disbursements.

  • Optimize cash management processes to minimize borrowing requirements and associated costs.

  • Record treasury activity within the company’s treasury management software.

  • Reconcile treasury transactions and complete monthly cash-pool closing activities.

  • Identify and recommend cash management process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate long-term debt records within internal files and treasury systems.

  • Track debt requirements, financial covenants, and regulatory compliance obligations.

  • Prepare treasury-related financial reports and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain cash forecasting tools to support liquidity planning and capital requirements.

  • Assist with external debt or equity financing activities.

  • Prepare investor presentations, compile requested financial data, and review financing documentation.

  • Support regulatory filings, industry research, treasury software implementations, and other finance-related projects.

  • Participate in emergency response and business continuity activities as needed.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • One to four years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Experience with cash management, cash forecasting, treasury operations, or financial reporting is preferred.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
