You'll serve as an advisor to our customers and take a consultative approach to ensure customers are set up for long-term success as high performing hiring organizations using the Lever product suite.Responsibilities
- Audit and curate our catalog of learning resources
- Oversee the maintenance and addition of the tools in our tech stack used for educational purposes
- Build courses and scalable training resources based on key learning objectives
- Measure learner outcomes on an ongoing basis in order to iterate and optimize our education strategy
