Job Description Order Selector / Warehouse Associate
We’re hiring dependable Order Selectors / Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. This is a great opportunity for someone with order picking experience who is comfortable working toward daily productivity and accuracy goals.
What You’ll Do

Pick and pull customer orders using an RF scanner
Verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy
Organize, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment
Operate Cherry Pickers, Stand-Up Forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as trained/certified
Load and unload products as needed
Inspect products for damage or quality concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse, order picking, or order selector experience preferred
RF scanner experience preferred
Cherry Picker and/or Stand-Up Forklift experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Safety-focused and comfortable working toward productivity goals
