What You’ll Do
- Investigate and assess drainage systems to pinpoint problems and outline clear solutions.
- Handle both routine maintenance and urgent repair calls to keep systems running reliably.
- Operate specialized drain equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow.
- Record services performed and maintain accurate, organized job documentation.
- Translate technical findings into easy-to-understand updates for clients.
- Follow safety procedures rigorously and maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace.
- Partner with teammates to improve service quality and efficiency on every job.
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Hands-on experience as a drain technician or in a closely related trade.
- Solid grasp of drainage systems and core plumbing principles.
- Comfortable operating and caring for specialized tools and equipment.
- Detail-focused troubleshooter with strong follow-through.
- Clear communicator with a service-first approach.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation.
- Open to flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
