Job Description

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Temp-Perm Opportunity
Location: Manchester, NH
Pay Rate: $20 – $22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift OR 2nd Shift

Company Overview:
Looking to add a Manufacturing Technician to the team. Steady hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to learn and grow in medical device manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

Assemble and test small mechanical and electrical devices.
Document results and follow standard procedures.
Use tools such as tweezers, microscopes, torque drivers, and magnifiers.
Work with small parts requiring strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to daily changes.
Help ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.
Use computers to follow instructions and record work.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Comfortable with computers and documentation.
Able to sit or remain in a stationary position about 50% of the time.
Medical device experience and knowledge of lean manufacturing are a plus.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
