SEASONAL
We are looking for hospitality rock-stars to join our team this holiday season in a variety of positions:
Mail order staff: provide customer service and fulfill orders for our shipping department
Phone staff: provide confident, knowledgeable, courteous customer service over the phone
Pickup coordinators, greeters, outdoor market staff: on the front lines of customer service, help us to manage lines and curbside pickup efficiently during the pandemic
Gift basket staff: help us wrap hundreds of gifts, with a detail-oriented eye
Stockist/driver: keep our shelves well-stocked and deliver orders to customers
Front of House/Cashier: stocking, cashiering, and in-store customer service
Seasonal hires may fill one or more of the above roles, depending on experience and interest.
Key characteristics we are seeking include excellent customer service, thoughtful organization, effective communication, great team spirit, and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is confident and quick, passionate and curious about food and hospitality. Prior experience in a retail or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Must be available to work holiday weeks (Thanksgiving and Christmas); please note there is a blackout period for schedule requests in November and December beyond what is agreed upon at the time of hiring.
By demonstrating accomplishments and dedication, there is room to grow into a long-term position, if desired.
