Job DescriptionSHIFT LEAD
(Deli & Front Counter)
$18–$22/hr | Age 21+ | Full Time, Seasonal (Summer) or Year-Round
Help run the shop.
We’re looking for someone reliable, level-headed, and ready to take ownership of a shift.
This is a working leadership role—you’ll be on the floor, not in an office.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the team during busy service
- Keeping orders moving quickly and accurately
- Running deli equipment (including slicer)
- Jumping in wherever needed (register, line, prep, bakery)
- Opening or closing the shop
- Handling issues as they come up
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable leading peers
- Calm under pressure
- Able to make decisions without being told what to do
- Flexible scheduling across morning, mid-day, evening
Requirements:
- 18+ (21+ preferred)
- Prior food service or retail experience preferred
- Weekend availability
