$3000 Sign on Bonus - 8:00AM-4:30PM - Monday - Friday

Job Overview:

Maintain a safe treatment environment.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors. Routes and answers routine correspondence.

• Assist Director in organizing files, correspondence, records, and follow up on pending matters.
• Assists staff in provision of patient care in accordance with the individual treatment plan.
• Observes and monitors patient progress and reports observations to appropriate staff
• Provide appropriate supervision of patient activities.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with co-workers and clients.
• Prepares special reports, gathering and summarizing data.
• Performs related duties, as requested.
• Upholds the organization's ethics and customer service standards.

Requirements

Education and/or Licensure:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Psychology degree preferred.

Experience:

• Experience in an inpatient or outpatient behavioral healthcare treatment facility is a plus.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical awareness
• Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment
• Office experience and healthcare experience preferred. Computer skills required.
• Must be 21 years of age, have a current negative TB test or medical clearance.

We are conveniently located in Westborough near the intersection of Route 495 and Route 9. The hospital operates 24/7 with multiple shifts available.
