Inventory & Sourcing: Manage daily ordering and receiving of fresh, frozen, and prepared seafood, ensuring optimal stock levels and industry-leading freshness.
Merchandising & Production: Design and maintain eye-catching displays that highlight seasonal specialties, and value-added "ready-to-cook" items.
Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, sanitation, and temperature control.
Financial Performance: Drive sales while managing labor costs, margins, and minimizing shrink through smart production and inventory rotation.
Team Leadership: Train and mentor seafood clerks in product knowledge, cutting techniques, and proactive customer engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in retail seafood management or a high-volume culinary environment.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of various fish species, shellfish, and seasonal availability.
Customer Focus: A passion for sharing cooking tips and recipes with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
