- Must have New Hampshire or Compact PT license or willing to obtain temp license.
- Performs patient evaluations and re-evaluations and documents in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and department standards.
- Advocates for and is active in developing disciplinary and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensures they are able to go anywhere in the house as needed.
- Verifies and reviews all provider orders and applies all pertinent medical
information, including lab values, vital signs, etc., routinely. - Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the profound and prolonged impact of chronic illness. Considers the individuals' age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural, and vocational status.
- Understands the challenges an acute care episode has on a patient and family member.
- Demonstrates clinical competence in the administration of
formal standardized tests, scales, and tools.
