We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented contractor to support in vitro immunology assays within our group. The ideal candidate will assist with various aspects of T cell and dendritic cell functional assays, including sample preparation, flow cytometry, and data handling. This role requires excellent lab skills, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

\n
BS with a minimum of 5 years or MS with a minimum of 3 years of experience in immunology, cell biology or related field.
\n
Hands-on experience with cell culture and flow cytometry (minimum 8 colors) is required.
\n
Familiarity with human primary immune cells (e.g., PBMCs) is strongly preferred.
\n
Perform in vitro assays (e.g., T cell proliferation, cytokine release, DCs co-cultures)
\n
Follow standard protocols and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
\n
Good organizational and documentation skills.
\n
