My private equity backed consumer manufacturing client in Burlington, MA is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Controller to oversee all aspects of accounting operations. Reporting into the CFO, this role would be hybrid in-office (Monday through Thursday).

Qualified applicants must have:

- CPA designation (active or inactive)
- 10+ years of experience, including some manufacturing or CPG experience
- Big 4 public accounting experience
- Progressive leadership experience at high-growth companies
- Executive presence and strong communication skills

Compensation is up to $250K + 20% bonus + equity and benefits
