MOAB Instructor
We are currently seeking a MOAB Instructor to facilitate our MOAB training sessions and support the development of staff skills and knowledge. This per-diem position would be ideal for someone looking to work 15-20 hours per month that is a certified MOAB instructor and enjoys teaching, sharing expertise, and helping others.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver engaging and effective training sessions while following MOAB requirements</li>
<li>Host MOAB Day 1 &amp; Day 2 sessions on two consecutive days each month</li>
<li>Prepare training materials and maintain accurate attendance documentation</li>
<li>Share attendance records with HR team within 2 business days of training completion for internal records updates</li>
<li>Communicate with HR upcoming MOAB sessions to ensure training calendars are up-to-date and lunches are ordered</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>MOAB Instructor Certification required</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Relevant experience in training, education, or another field</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and adapt to varying scheduled</li>
<li>Previous instructional, teaching, or training experience strongly preferred</li>
