Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct teletherapy sessions with individuals and groups, providing therapeutic support to clients facing mental health challenges related to their health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population consists of individuals facing life-limiting illnesses and their families, requiring sensitive and compassionate care. As a licensed independent clinical social worker, you will address a diverse range of psychological and emotional needs associated with end-of-life transitions, helping clients navigate their feelings and concerns while providing valuable resources and referrals.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably within hospice or palliative care environments.

  • Proven expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and the development of treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
