Lead Teacher Infant, Toddler, or Preschool Classrooms
Location: The Learning Experience Franklin, MA
Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available
The Learning Experience Franklin is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating structured, engaging learning environments where children build confidence, independence, and strong early learning foundations.
We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates joining our teaching team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily classroom routines using developmentally appropriate teaching practices
- Implement engaging learning activities that support language, social, and cognitive development
- Create a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes independence and participation
- Guide assistant teachers and support classroom consistency
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom experiences and progress
- Support daily transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required (Infant/Toddler or Preschool)
- Prior classroom leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available)
