Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and supervise staff
