Qualifications:
• Current RN license (unencumbered)
• At least one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications must be active by the start; if not, courses must be booked before Clinical Orientation
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in fast-paced situations
• Commitment to compassionate, age-appropriate patient care
• Proficiency in following Department of Nursing and specialty standards

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct, age-specific care using the Nursing Process
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes
• Take a proactive leadership role, delegating tasks to healthcare team members
• Maintain diligent compliance with state and federal healthcare laws and policies
