Spring Valley began on a small family farm in Jackson, WI in 1961 and has grown into a leading manufacturer of fertilizers and ice melter products. From our 8 blending locations and multiple shipping locations, we serve a wide variety of customer markets including distributors, co-ops, and retailers throughout the United States and internationally. Spring Valley became a part of the Interoceanic (IOC) family of companies in 2022. Our company continues to grow and expand, which presents many new opportunities. Our Hatfield, MA plant is eagerly seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
- Used forklift and other powered industrial equipment to load trailers.
- Connect/Disconnect trailers to yard shuttle.
- Move trailers and drop in specified locations in the lot area.
- Assist the production staff in producing product or the warehouse department in shipping product.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing equipment.
- Inventory current equipment as needed.
- Ability to unload railcars in a safe and timely manner

Requirements:
Successful team members will have:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to pass training and operate powered industrial equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently
- Priority for safety and following established safety programs.
