From our 8 blending locations and multiple shipping locations, we serve a wide variety of customer markets including distributors, co-ops, and retailers throughout the United States and internationally. Spring Valley became a part of the Interoceanic (IOC) family of companies in 2022. Our company continues to grow and expand, which presents many new opportunities. Our Hatfield, MA plant is eagerly seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team!


Responsibilities include:

  • Used forklift and other powered industrial equipment to load trailers.
  • Connect/Disconnect trailers to yard shuttle.
  • Move trailers and drop in specified locations in the lot area.
  • Assist the production staff in producing product or the warehouse department in shipping product.
  • Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing equipment.
  • Inventory current equipment as needed.
  • Ability to unload railcars in a safe and timely manner

Requirements:

Successful team members will have:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Ability to pass training and operate powered industrial equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently
  • Priority for safety and following established safety programs.
