Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
- Manage accounting activities for a portfolio of investment entities
- Review transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
- Assist with audits, tax support, and regulatory reporting
- Support cash management and investment activity
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Mentor and support junior accounting team members

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4-8 years of accounting experience within investment management, financial services, public accounting, or fund accounting
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
