We provide knife kits to corporate and local kitchens with recurring deliveries, helping kitchens eliminate concerns around knife maintenance. Locations receive our heavy duty commercial cutlery professionally sharpened. Hub Grinding’s service is designed either to reduce costs compared to existing programs or to solve operational challenges through automation. Role Description This posistion pays $22.00/hour and is full-time Delivery Driver (4 days/40 hours). The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely transporting knife kits and related materials between designated locations and distribution points, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries according to scheduled routes. Responsibilities include accurately loading and unloading items, verifying shipment contents, maintaining delivery records, and communicating with customers and internal teams regarding delivery status or issues. The Delivery Driver will follow all safety and handling procedures, coordinate with warehouse or logistics staff as needed, and represent Hub Grinding professionally during all customer interactions. Qualifications

  • Customer-focused skills, including strong Customer Service abilities and professional communication with kitchen and corporate staff.
  • \n

  • Experience or aptitude in Training others on basic handling, return processes, or program procedures.
  • \n

  • Sales awareness or experience in Sales and Food & Beverage environments, especially in kitchen or hospitality operations.
  • \n

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and knowledge of safe driving practices.
  • \n

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and follow established routes and schedules.
  • \n

  • Basic computer or mobile device skills for using routing, communication, and tracking applications.
  • \n

  • Physical ability to lift and move packaged knife kits and related materials as required.
  • \n

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior delivery, logistics, or food service experience is beneficial.
