Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you’ll bring expertise and compassion to a school environment where your skills are highly valued. Several positions are available, offering the chance to collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team and work closely with students who benefit from your clinical knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior school-based and pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently and adapt to various grade levels or student needs
  • Comfortable working full-time, on-site throughout the 2026-2027 school year

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and consult with teachers, parents, and related service staff
  • Deliver direct therapy in individual and small group settings within the school environment
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere for students and colleagues
