SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA. We’re looking for caregivers who take pride in helping others and want to support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life at home.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in clients’ homes

• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
