A building and construction company is looking a Customer Service Coordinator in Richmond, VT, to join their team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to customers who have purchased or rented equipment, contributing to a company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

THIS IS AN 100% ON-SITE POSITION AND NOT REMOTE!

Must have experience with Microsoft Office, answering inbound calls, and scheduling.

Shift of the Customer Service Coordinator:
M-F 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay Rate/Salary of the Customer Service Coordinator:
$26/hr

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming service calls, requests, and service-related inquiries.
  • Assist with coordinating and scheduling work for field service technicians, supporting efficient routing and customer communication.
  • Confirm scheduling details with customers and provide status updates as needed.
  • Open, update, and close work orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Order parts required for field service and shop repairs.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college or technical coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience within a professional customer service administator role
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
