Uptown Salon & Color Studio is looking for a talented Hair Stylist / Colorist to join our warm, supportive salon.
For more than 12 years, we’ve built a loyal clientele and a strong reputation for beautiful dimensional color, professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere. Our team values collaboration, continued growth and helping each stylist succeed.
About the Opportunity
We are a busy, established salon with existing and new clients available. This is an excellent opportunity for a stylist who enjoys creating beautiful hair and wants to grow in a color-focused environment.
If you’re passionate about highlights, dimensional color, toning and beautiful transformations, you may be a great fit for our team. Strong color experience is welcome, and we’re also happy to support and train an experienced stylist with a solid foundation who is eager to strengthen their color skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional salon experience
- Haircutting, blow-drying and styling skills
- A foundation in hair color, highlighting and toning
- A friendly, dependable and professional attitude
- A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a supportive salon team
- An active Massachusetts cosmetology license
What We Offer
- 50% service commission
- Estimated earnings of $18–$50 per hour based on service production

This is a W-2 employee position. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome. Saturday availability is required.
