Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will support assembly and material handling teams in production and product packaging. You will utilize hand and power tools to perform assemblies on an assembly line, adhering to work procedures to complete builds. Training will also be provided in shipping and receiving, equipping you with skills to support the warehouse and materials team in managing inventory and materials for the production team.
Responsibilities
- Perform robotics assembly and testing.
- Support material movement and data collection.
- Conduct manual assembly and component testing.
- Perform visual inspections and inventory tracking.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools to assemble and repair large mechanical assemblies.
- Follow work instructions for each assembly job.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Train and learn new duties with minimal supervision.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and repair.
- Dexterity for manual assembly.
- Strength and endurance to handle components up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with basic power tools.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kaizen.
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems.
- Certificate or degree in electro-mechanical fields.
- Ability to use pallet jacks.
- Experience in shipping and warehouse operations.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
