Job Description

Due to our continued growth, Romeiro’s Landscaping is hiring an Enhancement Foreman to join our team. Candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, accuracy oriented person and must have complete knowledge of landscape & landscaping practices. The Enhancement Foreman will be responsible for managing material procurement and coordination of field support. They will be responsible for planning and executing all upgrades to existing and enhancement design builds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute projects such as hardscapes, softscapes, & lawn installation from a landscape plan.
Manage the entire scope of a project including layout, materials, equipment, paperwork, etc.
Drive a commercial vehicle with a trailer
Ability to manage and use various pieces of landscape equipment
Responsible for leading a crew and communicating needs and plans effectively
Perform any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with landscaping
Knowledge of the occupational hazards of the trade and of the proper use of safety practices
Ability to maintain records and submit reports
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to interpret landscape plans
Ability to inventory parts, supplies and equipment
Ability to operate various pieces of maintenance equipment
Ability to understand and carry out instructions and to complete work assignments correctly
