Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Proven experience with Wilson Reading Instruction (required for 5 hours/week with a middle school student)
- Experience providing services at the high school and/or charter school level
- Strong instructional skills across diverse academic environments
- Comfortable working in person or remotely, if needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver 5 hours per week of Wilson Reading Instruction to a designated middle school student
- Provide 20 additional hours of instructional services at local high school, charter school, and Montessori settings
- Collaborate with educational staff to ensure students’ unique learning needs are met
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual student requirements
