Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Springfield, MA (projects throughout the region)
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + comprehensive benefits
A well-established and highly respected General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm is known for delivering high-quality commercial and institutional projects and offers a strong pipeline of work, a collaborative culture, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution strategy

Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project success

Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to keep timelines and budgets on track

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor

Strong background in commercial or institutional construction projects

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
