In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient environment, create and implement personalized care plans, and monitor clinical outcomes to facilitate patient progress.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-focused care while upholding high clinical and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
Your success in this role will be driven by:
- Reviewing patients' medical histories.
- Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and addressing patient concerns.
- Creating tailored treatment plans with specific goals and anticipated outcomes.
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities available for certifications and location differentials.
