The Role: Leading from the Front
As a Crew Leader, you aren’t just a supervisor—you’re the conductor of the job site. You will oversee a portfolio that is 75% high-end residential, ensuring every stone and retaining wall meets our "Cut Above" reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Execute: Direct the installation of premium hardscape features (patios, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and driveways).
- Orchestrate the Site: Manage material staging, equipment logistics, and labor assignments to keep projects on track.
- Mentor: Train the next generation of installers on proper techniques and safety.
- Precision Work: Operate and maintain top-of-the-line machinery including skid steers, compactors, and laser levels.
- Problem Solve: Use your expertise to troubleshoot field issues in real-time.
Who You Are:
You’re a seasoned pro who is ready to "Level Up" and lead a tight-knit, professional team.
- The Experience: 3+ years in hardscape construction, with at least 1 year leading a crew.
- The Knowledge: Deep understanding of pavers, natural stone, and drainage. You can read a blueprint and execute it to the inch.
- The Drive: You have a valid driver’s license (CDL is a huge plus) and a positive, "get it done" attitude.
- The Standard: You have a "sharp eye" for detail and a low tolerance for cutting corners.
