Location: Rutland, Vermont
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite | 20252026 School Year
Start Date: August 27, 2025 (with potential pre-planning days)
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Position Overview:
Join a supportive and collaborative team as a School Occupational Therapist (OT) serving students from PreK through 12th grade across the Rutland area. This is a full-time, onsite position for the 20252026 academic year with a caseload shared evenly with a district OT, each managing approximately 5055 students.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to support students access to education

Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings

Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers

Travel between 8 schools within the Supervisory Union

Support both direct and consultative service models based on student needs
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Current Vermont OT license (or eligibility)

Experience working with school-aged children preferred

Valid drivers license and ability to travel between sites
