Job DescriptionOur Client in Assonet, MA is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Residential Aide and a 2nd Shift Residential Aide to join their team and provide compassionate care to individuals in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, working with adults with developmental disabilities and be able to work the listed.
****Candidate Must be able to complete a 1 week orientation on 1st shift Monday-Monday 8AM-4:30 PM.****
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents and transport to medical dental and psychiatric appointments via agency vehicle
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with activities for residents with cognitive impairments
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
- Teach and Support individuals in daily living skills such as personal care and hygiene and care of personal space and belongings, safety rules, activities, cooking and shopping
- Help residents with ADL's bathing, dressing etc.
Requirements:
- Pass Cori Check
- Valid Drivers License with clean record
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Experience within a Aide position
Pay:$19-28/ hr (depending on experience / shift)
Shifts Available:
- 3rd (11:00 PM- 9:30 AM)
- 2nd (2:30 PM-11PM)
Scheduling:
- Sunday-Wednesday OR Thursday-Saturday
- Also can pick up extra shifts on days off if desired
