Minimum 1+ years Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience and CNA certificate required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A fantastic opportunity awaits skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/LNA) to contribute to the success of the Extended School Year (ESY) Summer School Program. This contract position ensures meaningful work in a supportive educational setting, working closely with students and educational staff.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm
- July 13 – July 30, 2026
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CNA or LNA
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, or similar environments preferred
- Ability to maintain exemplary attendance—100% reliability is essential
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism with young people
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide care and assistance to students requiring support with daily living activities
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to foster a safe, inclusive environment
- Monitor and report on students’ health and comfort needs during school hours
- Support individualized education plans by delivering attentive and responsive care
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with school and healthcare regulations
