VCare is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our Adult Foster Care (AFC), Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC), Adult Day Health, and Home Health programs throughout Holyoke, Springfield, Chicopee, and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, and community organizations.
- Generate referrals and increase program enrollment.
- Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking activities.
- Represent VCare at community events and healthcare meetings.
- Track referral sources and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare marketing, sales, outreach, or business development experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Home Health, AFC, GAFC, or Adult Day Health programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
