Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally aware, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for individuals from various backgrounds.
- Deliver customized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, addressing the specific needs and situations of each client to promote healing and resilience.
- Create detailed crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and empowering their mental health journeys.
- Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to enhance the quality of client care.
- Ensure the prompt completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
- Possession of a provisional license as required by state regulations.
- An educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
- A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- A dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health, including access to free supervision and continuing education opportunities.
- A willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- A firm commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality.

Our organization is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this position is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven adjustments, and available incentive opportunities. These ranges reflect our current compensation standards and may be revised over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
