Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time 3 or 4 10 hour days)

Andover Pediatrics is a thriving private pediatric group practice seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our collaborative care team. We have been an engaged and respected member of our community for over 45 years and are growing. Our team includes Pediatricians, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, IBCLC Lactation NP, Medical Home Care Coordination and an in-office Behavioral Health team.
About the Role
As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Andover Pediatrics, you’ll play a critical role in delivering comprehensive primary care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values communication, clinical excellence, and a strong commitment to improving pediatric health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care including well visits, sick visits, chronic disease management, and mental/behavioral health support
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, prescribe medications, and develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated and efficient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system (EPIC preferred)
- Engage in ongoing education and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program
- Certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
- Active Massachusetts NP license, MCSR, and DEA registration
- 2+ years of clinical PNP experience in an outpatient pediatric setting
- Strong pediatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfort with EHR systems (EPIC experience preferred)
- Bilingual skills are welcomed but not required

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching when examining or assisting patients
- Ability to lift, move, or carry patients or equipment up to 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate medical instruments, perform procedures, and use computer systems
- Ability to assist with restraining or positioning pediatric patients safely when needed
- Adequate vision and hearing to observe patients, read medical charts, and hear patient concerns or alarms
- Ability to sit and use a computer or phone for periods of time for charting and documentation
- This is an in-office role—remote work is not available

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $135.000 DOE
