Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education teaching license required
- Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school special education settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, implementation, and compliance
- Ability to tailor instruction and interventions to diverse learning needs
- Collaborative approach when working with teaching staff, support personnel, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students with varying exceptionalities
- Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and modify teaching strategies to maximize achievement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Partner with general education teachers and support staff to facilitate inclusion
- Engage regularly with parents or guardians to ensure transparent communication about student progress
