We invite you to become a part of our dedicated team of eight Ob/Gyn Physicians located in southeastern Massachusetts. This role is situated in our charming Easton office, a well-equipped facility in a vibrant college town just 25 miles from Boston. Our practice features on-site laboratory and radiology services, along with outpatient procedural areas.
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, prioritizing safety and quality. Our organization comprises an award-winning hospital and a medical group that employs over 150 physicians across 18 locations, offering multi-specialty care to patients in the region. The call schedule typically involves two 24-hour in-house shifts per month, with backup call shared evenly among the team (1:8 to 1:9 ratio).
Our vibrant team consists of eight OB/GYN Physicians, three nurse practitioners, and two certified nurse midwives, providing outpatient care at three different locations in southeastern Massachusetts. For many years, our hospital has fostered a warm and secure environment for patients. Our exceptional labor and delivery team handles over 1,300 deliveries annually, and our Maternal-Newborn Pavilion features a private surgical suite and a Level II Special Care Nursery. Proficiency in laparoscopic techniques is required, and experience in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred. Additionally, we offer 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric services.
Position Highlights:
- Competitive salary based on MGMA standards, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if applicable.
- Balanced practice with 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology, with opportunities for specialization.
- Initial base salary for two years, transitioning to wRVU-based compensation that rewards production and quality.
- Four clinical days per week: three days in outpatient practice, one day dedicated to surgery/labor floor, and one administrative day.
