This position will support an office portfolio in Bedford, MA. This position will oversee a Property Assistant. This is a beautiful Class A office building that offers top notch service to their tenants.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
- Mentoring and developing employees
- Managing tenant expectations
- Communicating with tenants on various work order requests or escalated facility issues
- Managing preventative maintenance
- Working with Property Assistant to develop property events
- Providing guidance to staff for receivables and payables
- Overseeing CapEx and TI projects as needed
- Reviewing vendor bids and negotiating contractor terms
- Following up with tenants on various requests
- Preparing CAM reconciliations
- Preparing budgets and variance reporting
- Preparing variance and cash analysis to present to Asset Management, as well as leadership
- Providing suggestions to Ownership team of changes or improvements potentially needed
- Communicating with prospective tenants to provide information on space
Qualifications and Skills
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years as a Property Manager in commercial
- CA RE license desired
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to work well under deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
