Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current and valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher license required
- Experience teaching in elementary, middle, or high school settings (K-5, 6-8, 9-12)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt lessons and instructional techniques to diverse learning needs
- Comfortable collaborating with educational teams, students, and families
- Experience with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring preferred
- Compassionate, patient demeanor and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with varying exceptionalities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to facilitate student inclusion and success
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and assistive technologies
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
