Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the assembly area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing practices.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting assembly issues.
- Ability to operate forklifts is a plus, but not mandatory.
