In this travel position, you'll deliver age-specific, direct patient care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room practice. This opportunity will grow your clinical expertise as you adapt to varying department protocols and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications—or proof of enrollment in these courses by clinical orientation
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
- Ability to comply with State and Federal healthcare laws and policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality age-specific patient care using the Nursing Process
- Uphold all Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care as well as unit-specific protocols
- Effectively delegate and oversee tasks assigned to team members
- Respond swiftly to emergent situations and coordinate care plans across disciplines
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in all aspects of patient care
