Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in the Worchester, MA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Must be able to operate a variety of equipment including excavators, loaders, and dozers
- Must be able to operate in a safe and controlled manner in close proximity to the ground crews, buildings, and other vehicles and equipment
- Support team members with projects on site
- Conduct daily inspections on equipment before operating to identify and report any issues
- Monitor the safety of the site and keep it free of unnecessary hazards
Responsibilities
- Have a strong mechanical understanding of the equipment
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Posses a valid drivers license
- Posses a Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License
- Posses a Valid DOT Health Physical Card
