About the Role:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Take vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse

Assist with feeding and hydration, as needed

Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including restocking supplies and keeping the facility tidy

Assist with transfers and ambulation, as needed

Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift and transfer residents, as needed
