This role offers a steady schedule from now until mid-June 2026, with a 35-hour workweek spread across five days. You'll manage an elementary-level caseload, providing essential services and interventions to young learners.
Qualifications and Credentials:
- Active and valid licensure/certification to practice as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts
- Strong background in school-based psychological assessment and intervention strategies
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Ability to interpret evaluation data and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for advocating for students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to promote student success
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans
- Deliver counseling services and support crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintain detailed records and comply with all regulatory requirements and timelines
