Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Manage reservations and waitlists using Resy
- Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table rotation for the service team
- Communicate accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during peak hours
- Coordinate with servers and floor managers to ensure smooth seating flow
- Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to general guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and front-of-house entrance area

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
